We have some wonderful suppliers here at the Plough & Harrow. Some local, some not so local, but all of them offer us quality and consistency.
For meat we use Aubrey Allen, based in Rugby and Coventry. They supply us with Corn fed Chickens, offal and Cornish Lamb. We also use Hillworth Farm Meats which are based at Longdon near Upton upon Severn. They supply us with local lamb and Aberdeen Angus Beef.
We get beautiful hand dived Scallops from Island Divers based in Ross-Shire, Scotland, superbly fresh and sweet. We have a local guy who has a boat in Weymouth who catches Sea bass and Cod when in season, all line caught and wild. Our main fish supplier is Flying fish seafood, in cornwall, getting fish from Looe, Brixham and Newlyn on a daily basis.
Apart from growing a large amount of our own, we use local fruit growers in the summer months, as well as Pershore Produce.
For something a bit different we use Wild Harvest in Covent Garden London for wild mushrooms, truffles and continental produce and Vin Sullivan based in Abergavenny for cheeses, oils and vinegars.
